      Quand tu as plein de choses Ă  dire.
      Tellement que tu préfÚres te taire.
      Dans le silence tu trouveras ton bien-ĂȘtre
      Bien des fois parler ne sert guĂšre.
      Quand les paroles renoncent Ă  sortir,
      écoute les résonner puis laisse les mourir.
      Leur écho se perdra dans les aléas
      de la vie.
      On regrette tant de ne pas avoir avouĂ© mais aussi d’ avoir dit .
      Paroles outrageantes, Ă©loges ,reproches…
      DĂ©clarations , promesses ,menaces…
      Tant de blessures et d’offenses
      Parler fait du bien quand cela a un sens
      Mais par moments le silence est sagesse.
